Facilitate small-group activities and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with necessary resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This full-time role focuses on nurturing a diverse culture and making a lasting impact on student lives through direct engagement and program delivery.
