Full Time Project Specialist

Conduct youth development programs and facilitate small groups to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver development initiatives while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution dedicated to a nurturing, diverse culture.
