Job Summary
Mentor students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff in Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning department. Help design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources to support their success in a residential school setting. This full-time role emphasizes supporting students’ development and growth while collaborating with educators to foster a nurturing, diverse educational environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience mentoring or facilitating group settings with students or youth
- Ability to collaborate with teachers and school staff
- Program design and delivery experience in educational settings
- Knowledge of positive behavior support and student resource connections
- Experience in a residential school or similar environment (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
