Mentor students, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. This full-time position within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School focuses on fostering a nurturing culture for pre-K through 12th grade residential students.
