Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. Engage in direct student interactions within the residential school environment to foster a nurturing culture. This role is part of the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade institution focused on making a lasting impact on students' lives.
