Full Time Project Specialist

Conduct small-group facilitation and mentoring to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement these initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture at the cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential Milton Hershey School.
