Full Time Project Specialist

Develop development programs and deliver small-group facilitation to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor students, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect them with resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential pre-K through 12th grade institution. This role fosters a nurturing, diverse culture while enabling professional growth within a team dedicated to making a lasting impact on student lives.
