Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor students, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect them with resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential pre-K through 12th grade institution. This role focuses on creating a nurturing environment where students can thrive while growing professionally within a diverse culture.
