Youth Development Specialist to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Help design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources within Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning department. Located in Gastonia, NC, the role emphasizes mentoring and program delivery to foster growth and provide support to students across the pre-K–12 spectrum.
