Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions, mentor students, and collaborate with teachers to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role supports students' holistic development at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, fostering a nurturing culture where individuals make a lasting impact while growing professionally.
