Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with necessary resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff within the Education, Training & E-Learning department to ensure student success. This role supports a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment at Milton Hershey School, fostering a nurturing culture where students can thrive.
