Full Time Project Specialist

Mentor students, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. This role is part of the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade, fostering a nurturing, diverse culture where staff make lasting impacts on student lives while growing professionally.
