Full Time Project Specialist

Conduct small-group facilitation and mentoring to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate with teachers and staff within the Education, Training & E-Learning department to foster student success. This role focuses on youth development at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
