Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to enhance student outcomes within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role supports a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment at Milton Hershey School, fostering a nurturing, diverse culture where students make a lasting impact.
