Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect students with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution. The position focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while enabling students to make lasting impacts on their lives.
