Conduct small-group facilitation and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture and enabling students to make a lasting impact on their lives while growing professionally.
