Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group programs and deliver development initiatives supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor youth, collaborate with teachers and staff, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. Design and implement development programs within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This full-time role offers a nurturing, diverse culture and professional growth opportunities within a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment.
