Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with necessary resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role within Milton Hershey School's residential pre-K through 12th grade environment focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture that enables lasting impact on students' lives.
