Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs that promote positive behavior and connect learners with necessary resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive student support across the Milton Hershey School community. This role is based in the Education, Training & E-Learning department, offering a nurturing, diverse culture focused on making a lasting impact on students' lives.
