Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with necessary resources. Collaborate directly with teachers and staff to enhance student outcomes within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at the cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential Milton Hershey School.
