Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to connect students with necessary resources. Promote positive behavior within the residential school environment. This role is part of the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade institution known for its nurturing, diverse culture.
