Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting learners with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to enhance student outcomes within a nurturing, diverse culture. This role focuses on youth development within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School.
