Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor youth, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect students with resources. Design and implement programs within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This full-time residential role focuses on fostering a nurturing culture where students can thrive through direct engagement and staff collaboration.
