Full Time Project Specialist

Mentor and support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. The Specialist helps design and deliver development programs, promotes positive behavior, and connects students with resources within Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role focuses on creating a nurturing, diverse culture and offering opportunities for students to grow professionally and personally within a residential pre-K–12 setting.
