Youth Development Specialist to mentor students, facilitate small-group sessions, and collaborate with teachers and staff within Milton Hershey School's Education, Training & E-Learning department. Responsible for designing and delivering development programs, promoting positive behavior, and connecting students with resources to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. The role focuses on mentoring, program facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance student outcomes, inside a residential school environment.
