Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor youth, collaborate with teachers and staff, and promote positive behavior while connecting students with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution. The position focuses on designing programs that foster a nurturing, diverse culture and enable lasting impact on students' lives.
