Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with necessary resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role supports students' holistic development at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, fostering a nurturing culture where individuals make a lasting impact on student lives.
