Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with necessary resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing culture focused on student impact and professional development at the residential Milton Hershey School.
