Job Summary
Mentor students and support their academic, social, and emotional growth as part of Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning team. The Youth Development Specialist designs and delivers development programs, facilitates small groups, collaborates with teachers and staff, promotes positive behavior, and connects students with resources to foster student success in a Parkland, FL-based residential school setting. The role emphasizes mentoring, program design and delivery, and partnership with school personnel to support students from pre-K through 12th grade.
