Full Time Project Specialist

Youth Development Specialist role supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Responsible for helping design and deliver development programs, promoting positive behavior, and connecting students with resources within Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning department. The position emphasizes hands-on student support, program design and delivery, and cross-team collaboration to foster student development in a residential school setting.
