Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure student success within the residential school environment. This role focuses on youth development within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School.
