Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor youth, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. Design and implement development initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while making a lasting impact on students' lives through direct engagement and program design.
