Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor youth, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect students with resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential pre-K through 12th grade institution. Contribute to a nurturing, diverse culture focused on making a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
