Full Time Project Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. Assist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department by helping students navigate their residential school experience. This full-time role is based at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, offering a nurturing, diverse culture focused on making a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
