Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with necessary resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role operates within Milton Hershey School's cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment, fostering a nurturing culture focused on lasting impact on students' lives.
