Full Time Project Specialist

Design and deliver development programs that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This full-time role within Milton Hershey School's residential pre-K through 12th grade environment focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture and enabling lasting impact on students' lives through professional growth and direct engagement.
