Full Time Project Specialist

Conduct small-group facilitation and mentoring to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure program alignment. This role resides within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution dedicated to a nurturing, diverse culture.
