Full Time Project Specialist

Conduct small-group facilitation and mentoring to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate with teachers and staff within the Education, Training & E-Learning department to ensure holistic student development. This role supports students in a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment at Milton Hershey School.
