Full Time Project Specialist

Design and deliver development programs that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. Assist in the implementation of initiatives within a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School's residential pre-K through 12th grade setting.
