Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources to foster their overall well-being within the school's diverse, nurturing culture. This role focuses on youth development in the Education, Training & E-Learning department at a cost-free residential school.
