Full Time Project Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. Assist in creating development initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while making a lasting impact on students' lives through direct engagement and program implementation.
