Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor youth while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture where staff can make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
