Full Time Project Specialist

Design and deliver development programs supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. This role focuses on Youth Development within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while enabling professional growth.
