Full Time Project Specialist

Design and deliver development programs that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff. This role involves working within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, to foster a nurturing, diverse culture. The position focuses on making a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
