Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with necessary resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive student support across the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, where the focus is on providing a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential experience that enables lasting impact on students' lives.
