Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor youth, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect students with resources. Design and implement programs within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture that enables lasting impact on students' lives while supporting professional development.
