Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade. The position focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture that enables students to make lasting impacts on their lives while growing professionally.
