Mentor students, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. This role supports students' holistic development within a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment at Milton Hershey School.
