Mentor students and facilitate small groups to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on nurturing a diverse culture and making a lasting impact on students' lives through direct engagement and program coordination.
