Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor youth, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect students with necessary resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department to foster a nurturing environment for pre-K through 12th grade residential students. This role focuses on youth development within Milton Hershey School's diverse culture.
